Reservation is requested 3 months before the day you want to stay. You need to pay 10000yen as deposit when you confirm the reservation. Deposit can be accepted through bank account, mail, or hand. After you pay deposit, the reservation will be completed.??
If you want to cancel your reservation, we don’t give back the deposit, sorry. When you check out with no trouble, deposit will be returned to you.
